How It Works

Here's how to use the website so you can earn Miles while shopping online with hundreds of online stores.

1. To earn Miles from this website you need to be a Flying Blue Member.

Anyone can browse the Flying Blue shop for Miles Website but you must be a Flying Blue Member to purchase and earn Miles. Rack up your Miles and you will soon enjoy spending your Miles on a massive range of rewards including air tickets, hotel stays and much more!

If you're not already a Member, you can join online at flyingblue.com.

2. Make sure you sign up and login to the Flying Blue shop for Miles Website every time before making a purchase.

  • You will need to first sign up to Flying Blue
  • You can then login at the Flying Blue shop for Miles
  • Use your Flying Blue membership number and pin code to login.

3. Make sure cookies are enabled on your computer.

When making a purchase you'll click your log in details, Once logged in "cookies" will then track your path from the Flying Blue shop for Miles to the retailer's site and more importantly will enable us to credit any Miles you earn - as you can see, it’s, really important cookies are enabled so that we can credit your Account with any Miles you earn. 4. How the shopping experience works.

  • Once you've browsed the website and found a retailer, log in to your account. Once logged in this will take you through to the retailer's website. (Remember you must be logged into your Flying Blue Account so that we can credit your Miles).
  • When you enter the retailer's online store, their Terms & Conditions will apply.
  • When you buy something, the transaction will appear in your Flying Blue Transaction History as "Pending" within 5 working days.
  • We'll then confirm the transaction with the retailer before updating the transaction status to "Approved" and adding Miles to your Flying Blue Account. It takes 45 days for a retailer to acknowledge and approve purchase and 90 to 120 days after you've completed your stay for hotel or travel booking (and is subject to the retailer's Terms & Conditions). Some retailers and purchases can on occasion take longer but we will always try to get retailers to approve as quickly as possible.
